We could not have done this without you, thank you for all your help and patience during the process. We can't believe Maya is now a Lithuanian Citizen, my father is so touched and proud that his granddaughter is "like him", he says he is so happy he lived to see this, he is 94 years old.

I've gone to the local embassy here and applied through them. That was simpler, and it was good for me to deal with this myself (bureaucracy is terrifying), and good to connect with them. They were super helpful and they say that the passport and card should be here in a month or so.
